Normal rates:

Our standard hourly rate is 180 Euro  excluding office costs and VAT.  In some cases this rate will be moderated. In some other cases however it will be higher as well. 

In debt collecting cases a special rate structure can be agreed upon. Result dependent fees, or a combination of several fee structures is possible as well.

Legal aid

Private individuals, and in some cases also companies, can be provided with legal aid. In that case other rules are applicable. In that case one has to pay a contribution which varies according to certain government rules. On your request we can assist you with your application for legal aid. The time spent therefore will not be charged if  in the end it is established that you are unconditionally entitled to legal aid.
